Fatty tumors of the adrenal gland are uncommon. Several types of lipomatous tumors can be found in the adrenal gland. They are usually asymptomatic and incidentally detected. Current imaging techniques cannot reliably distinguish the different type of adrenal lipomatous tumors from other adrenal functioning tumors. We report two cases of two adrenal lipomatous tumors found incidentally. Surgical treatment were performed to rule out malignant tumors due to large tumor size. The surgical pathology was confirmed an adrenal angiomyolipoma and myelolipoma.
